Rick Steves' Europe

Well, it is now Saturday Evening and I wanted to get caught up. Friday was spent getting caught up with the children and sorting out this monstrosity I call a motor-home. One stop I made with my stop on Friday was a place called "Cash and Carry" - Sam's should take note. When they say bulk items - they mean bulk items. Considering what you were purchasing the prices are very reasonable - even for the Seattle area.
Saturday morning Deborah wanted to take us up into the mountains to this old wild west town. OOPS, we are in the Seattle area - it has rained all day. The whole trip I only came across the occasional drivel. So instead we went to Edmonds WA. It is were Rick Steves' Europe has his building. It is one of our favorite PBS shows. It keeps us current on how so many of the city's and countries that we have been to in the past - look today. It also shows us some of the places we hadn't seen previously.
The drive into Edmunds was beautiful as well. It is on a large estre with and island out a ways, that has access via a ferry that departs a couple blocks from Rick Steeves. It is a car farry that has a long line of cars awaiting to access it.

I will put the pictures on the next post.
